I’ve spent 15+ years studying the wonderfully messy intersection of people, organisations and change. I’m a leadership coach, neuroscience nerd, people strategist and, increasingly, a builder who codes things before asking whether she should. Agility Labs is my fun playground that brings all these worlds together to help humans become better at navigating an AI-shaped world.

Tilo Sequeira is a toddler mum who also operates as a Learning, Change & Transformation Leader with experience leading cross-culture teams at Warner Bros. Discovery, Spotify and AXA Asia. She holds an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London, a Bachelor of Business Management from SMU, and is an ICF PCC-certified coach with 1,500+ coaching hours.
